SteelXplorer

The SteelXplorer is a web application that uses machine learning to provide valuable insights for optimizing steel production. A model trained on extensive production data is integrated into the application, allowing analysis of how different parameters affect the mechanical properties of steel. It also includes uncertainty modeling, which indicates the accuracy of predictions. This can lead to increased productivity, optimized resource usage, improved quality control, and better decision-making in steel manufacturing.

 

The SteelXplorer is currently an internal MCL application and is showcased at selected events.
