Peter Emil Varga-Stiftungspreis 2021 für Dr. Georg Siroky
Dr. Georg Siroky erhielt für seine Dissertation „Modelling and experiments of liquid phase healing in solder alloys” den Peter Emil Varga Stiftungspreis 2021 der TU Wien.
Dr. Siroky hat sich in seiner Dissertation mit der Modellierung und Charakterisierung von selbstheilenden Loten für die Autoindustrie (ZKW Elektronik) beschäftigt. Er hat seine Arbeiten am MCL im Projekt SOLARIS unter der Betreuung von Dr. Werner Ecker und Dr. Elke Kraker durchgeführt und seine Dissertation im Mai 2021 an der TU Wien bei Prof. Kozeschnik mit Auszeichnung verteidigt.

Dr. Georg Siroky received the Peter Emil Varga Foundation Award 2021 of the TU Vienna for his dissertation "Modeling and experiments of liquid phase healing in solder alloys".
Dr. Georg Siroky dissertation focused on modeling and characterization of self-healing solders for automotive applications (ZKW Electronics). He completed his work at MCL in the SOLARIS project under supervision of Dr. Werner Ecker and Dr. Elke Kraker and defended his dissertation in May 2021 at TU Vienna under guidance of Prof. Kozeschnik.
